Best Recipe of the Week: Cherry, Blueberry, Mango, Coconut Popsicles

It's officially too-hot-for-a-pregnant-person degrees outside these days. Too hot to cook. To hot to eat hot stuff. Too hot for everything, really. Except for frozen icy treats. $5 for a box of processed popsicles with artificial flavors, too much sugar, and a scary long shelf life?


Why when you can make these at home.


  • ½ cup cherries (no pits)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tbsp. raw local honey
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Blend. Add more coconut if needed. Pour in Popsicle Molds. Freeze for an hour. Enjoy!
