1. Rinse romaine and slice in half long-ways.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Do this on both sides.
3. Place directly on grill and allow to cook until the edges start to brown. Time will vary depending on how hot your grill is, just keep your eye on it. Flip and cook on the other side.
4. Serve Warm
